The Low Rider is, quite possibly the most iconic model still in the Harley-Davidson line-up. Originally, an “FX” model, it eventually became an “FXR”, and exists now as a Milwaukee Eight Softail in two flavors . . . Low Rider S, and Low Rider ST. This one is, arguably, the most sought after version . . . The Dyna Low Rider. Other than a few little “bolt on” upgrades, this one is presented here in, pretty much, it’s stock form. The original Glacier White paint is in exceptional condition and the chrome is bright and shiny! Underneath is the last of the 88ci Twin Cams . . . proclaimed by many to be the “best of the Twin Cams” . . . coupled to the first of the factory 6 speed transmissions, making this 2006, something VERY special and in the early days of collectability. This year, it gets 49mm forks, new stylized low-profile suspension and cast wheels. The low-slung custom seat is less than 26" high, so it’s easy to put boots on pavement. The ride feels good thanks to pullback handlebars, mid-mount controls and highway pegs. New handlebar-mounted indicator lights, new tank graphic and tank-mounted speedo/tach.
